After 27 years in retail management, I retired in 2018 and opened my first vacation rental. What began with one home grew into a collection built around care, comfort, and attentive service.

I want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive—and just as welcome every time you return. Many of our guests stay with us several times a year. We have had several 3 and 4 week stays in Jakes 'Foothill Beauty' apartment. The place is always super clean and well stocked with anything we need. Jake has always been very responsive to any requests. The location for us was perfect, being in a nice neighborhood and so close to all the trails in the beautiful foothills.

This is a most amazing property and suitable for both short-term and longer stays. Uniquely located and strategically placed dwelling ensures quick access to major highway access, shopping centers, urgent care, and most importantly — nearby Sandia Mountains (no extra charge for this!! 🙏). Safe, secure, spotlesslessly maintained by owner. No better place for the visiting traveler or long term resident. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!!!

Jake is one of the kindest and most gracious hosts we’ve ever experienced in all our travels. His rentals are consistently immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally well appointed, with thoughtful amenities and personal touches that make every stay comfortable and inviting. We have stayed here several times and have a future stay booked. We visit ABQ often to spend time with family and new grandchild and have recommended to other visiting family. Love the back patio views of the city below . Always very clean . Fully stocked kitchen and nice beds and linens. Jake is wonderful to work with . Looking forward to our next stay.
