Where you’ll sleep

Primary bedroom: king bed. Second bedroom: queen bed. Third bedroom: two twin beds. The separate sunroom has a twin daybed and pullout trundle, connected to the primary bedroom by French doors with privacy shades. Its windows also have privacy shades. Three bedrooms plus sunroom sleeping space; sleeps up to eight.

Room to gather

Enjoy comfortable leather seating, a smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with cooking essentials and New Mexico Piñon coffee. The king primary bedroom has its own TV and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub. Towels and bath toiletries are supplied.

The sunroom: a separate flexible space

The heated and cooled sunroom has a desk, twin daybed, and pullout trundle. It connects to the primary bedroom through French doors with privacy shades; the sunroom windows also have privacy shades. These extra beds are in the sunroom, rather than a fourth bedroom.

Patio evenings & easy parking

Gather on the shaded patio with seating for six and a barbecue grill. The private backyard gives your group another place to unwind. A two-car garage with a remote makes coming and going convenient.

Walk to Tin Can Alley for food and Santa Fe Brewing craft beer, or enjoy nearby North Domingo Baca Park. Flying Star on Paseo, Dion’s, La Reforma, and Vintage 423 offer dining options a short drive away, with groceries nearby.

A home base for Albuquerque & beyond

Convenient access to I-25 puts Balloon Fiesta Park, Sandia Resort & Casino, and city outings within driving reach. Explore Old Town, ride the Sandia Peak Tramway, or plan a day in Santa Fe. Allow extra time for Fiesta traffic; travel times vary.
