Quartz countertops and modern appliances make meals at home inviting. Cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic spices are provided, with New Mexico Piñon coffee for a local start to the morning.

The full bathroom has a bathtub and shower, with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. In-unit washer and dryer and laundry detergent help make longer visits comfortable.

Explore nearby foothills trails, then walk to Bridges on Tramway for a meal, a local Boxing Bear beer, or something sweet. Nearby groceries and convenient road connections make both relaxed evenings and days exploring Albuquerque easy.

A private off-street parking area is in front of the property. Electronic entry makes check-in convenient. There is one approximately four-inch entrance step; the interior is single-level. The apartment has no shared indoor spaces or amenities.
